Berry breakfast smoothie

 Cooking time: 5 minutes

1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut or Greek yoghurt (optional)1⁄2 cup mixed berries
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon psyllium husk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1-2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder1⁄2 cup ice
1 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Combine ingredients in a high speed blender, serve immediately.
